We are strong advocates of raising awareness of the dangers and effects of sugar in diets, and that’s why we have created electrolyte and protein vitamin waters that are completely sugar free.

There are many sports drinks in the market that are full of sugar, and certainly not as healthy as consumers might think. When we became aware of this, we created WOW HYDRATE to provide consumers with drinks that are not only healthy, but also taste good. Our low calorie, fat free and sugar free drinks allow you to stay hydrated and energised. Boasting an abundance of health benefits, our ingredients ensure that you do not have to consume anything bad for you. Plus, they offer a lot more flavour than plain water.

Electrolytes are substances containing ions that the body needs to have good blood chemistry and muscle action. Since sports drinks contain sugar and calories, they may not be ideal for individuals who are looking to lose weight. Instead, water with electrolytes may be consumed.

The electrolytes carry electrical charges that are responsible for stimulating muscles and nerves. They also regulate the amount of fluids throughout your body, which affects cellular function, blood volume and blood pressure. Sodium plays the primary role in water regulation, but they all help to keep body fluids balanced. Your body maintains a specific amount of each electrolyte because a precise proportion of each one is needed for all of them to work properly.

WOW HYDRATE use collagen protein as our primary protein source from bovine. Collagen protein is easily digested and quickly absorbed, and helps to increase muscle mass and aid recovery post-exercise. It also improves hair and skin health, boosts your metabolism and energy output and strengthens hair, nails and teeth.

Yes! We only use the natural sweetener, Stevia, in our Electrolyte products and Sucralose in our Protein products to make our drinks taste as good as they are for you!

Unfortunately, we are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians due to the source of our protein and Vitamin D. We are hoping to create drinks suitable to these dietary requirements very soon – watch this space!

Yes, using collagen protein means people who have problems digesting whey protein can substitute their protein supplement with our drinks.

WOW HYDRATE 10G and WOW HYDRATE PROTEIN PRO contains collagen- a natural protein that can
be consumed from any age except in babies who have not been weaned. Our WOW HYDRATE PROTEIN VEGAN contains 10g of pea protein.

Adults and Teenagers

Our 500ml bottles contain one serving and this is suited to the needs of adults and teenagers.

Primary and Pre-School Age Children

We don’t recommend that our protein waters are consumed by young children in one sitting, but
they can be offered in smaller servings.

Children under three

WOW HYDRATE contains the sweetener sucralose, and this is not recommended for very young
children, unless it is being consumed for medicinal purposes. In weaned children under three, it is
recommended that only milk and water is offered.

A 500ml bottle of WOW Hydrate Electrolyte provides 0.25g of salt. It should not be offered to babies
under the age of one year.

Adults

Our 500ml bottles contain one serving of WOW HYDRATE ELECTROLYTE which can be consumed as
required but keep in mind how this contributes to your daily total salt intake (the recommendation
is no more than 6g per day).

Teenagers and Children

Teenagers and children can drink WOW HYDRATE ELECTROLYTE but as a source of salt, it should be
considered as part of your child’s daily salt intake from all sources. The general recommendations
are currently:

• No more than 3g per day for children aged 4-6 years.
• No more than 5g per day for children aged between 7-10 years.
• No more than 6g per day from 11 years onwards.

If you wish to make any changes once you have placed your order, please email info@wowhydrate.com as soon as you can. If it has already been sent out for delivery, we apologise but changes cannot be made unless it is returned.

We want to make it easier for our customers to receive our drinks. With Subscribe & Save, not only are you assured you will get the drinks delivered to your door, but it also means you will save on your purchase each time.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply email info@wowhydrate.com and we will cancel it for you. We will also send out reminders each time before your next subscription if you have changed your mind.

To make changes please email info@wowhydrate.com and we can amend your subscription for you. Simply tell us what flavours you would like changed.

It’s really simple, just choose your WOW PACK , then each month you will receive our drinks at a reduced price. Subscribe easily and cancel after 2 months easily on your account. (Terms and Conditions Apply)

If you select Bronze, you receive 12 bottles (1 case) of your drink of choice and save 10% each month.

If you select Silver, you receive 24 bottles (2 cases) of your drink of choice and save 15% each month.

We aim to deliver (for free!) within 2-4 working days.

You will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the same day as your first order each month. For instance, if you ordered on the 1st of that month, you will be billed on the 1st, and then again 1st of the next month, unless you have cancelled before that scheduled date.
